Frequently
Asked Questions -- Social Security Disability

How can Kraft & Associates represent me in my Social
Security disability case if I live in a different state?
Social Security disability law is Federal, not state specific.
An attorney can represent clients in all 50 states. We can
represent clients all over the United States because all work
that needs to be done in a case except the hearing can be done
through telephone, fax or e-mail.
How many clients has Kraft & Associates represented?
The attorneys at Kraft & Associates have represented more than
6,000 Social Security disability clients.
What percentage of the time do Kraft & Associates’ clients
win their Social Security disability cases?
We are successful in approximately 90% to 95% of our claims.
However, every case is different and we cannot guarantee
success in any case.
When should I contact an attorney about representation?
We believe you should contact an attorney even before you file
a claim with the Social Security Administration.
How do I pay Kraft & Associates for their services?
Our fee is 25% percent of the past-due disability benefits, to
a maximum of $5300. You do not have to pay our fee in advance,
and if you do not receive benefits you do not have to pay us
any fee at all.
Will Kraft & Associates represent me at my hearing if one
is necessary?
Yes. If it is necessary that you attend a hearing before an
Administrative Law Judge, Kraft & Associates will travel to
your city to represent you.
